This vintage of our Estate selection Les Parcelles Cachées comes from the western block of our vineyards in the back of the winery and is a blend of the Mt. Eden and Swan clonal selections. These blocks produce lower yields and a more concentrated flavor profile. Both were fermented using their native yeasts in open top fermenters with hand punchdowns before being bottled unfiltered.

Richly complex flavors of cherry, ripe raspberry, licorice and tobacco coat the palate of this full bodied, well-structured wine that culminates in a long, satisfying finish. Our chef suggests pairing it alongside a spiced seared duck breast.
