Made in a deliberate Rosé style: the grapes were hand-picked, sorted and destemmed for overnight juice-skin contact. It was pressed with juice fermenting in neutral oak barrels and aged sur lie. As the skins contain most of the tannins, the structure of this Rosé has less of a tannic mouthfeel than a typical saignée style Rosé.
