Our Old Wente Clone, Montrachet Clone and Clone 809 vineyard blocks provided the fruit
for this wine. After whole cluster pressing, the juice underwent native yeast fermentation and lees stirring for 10 months. Extending the barrel aging time in French oak to 14 months increased the complexity and rich depth while still retaining the delicate fruit components of this elegant Chardonnay before bottling
